Fornicus appeared in the 2012 movie called The Cabin in the Woods. He's a spoof on Hellraiser villain named Pinhead, but instead of having pins attach to its head its the saw blades that are lodged into it, also to summon him try messing with a spherical puzzle-like orb, so that way he can bring hell onto earth.
