The ForkZord appeared in 2012 TV series called Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. The ForkZord (フォークゾード Fōkuzōdo) is created when the "scoop" Metavirus was installed into a Type Beta MegaZord body with elements of the Forkloid, that being the fork-like right arm.
Though sent to destroy the barriers surrounding an Enetron Tank, the ForkZord's actual objective is to transfer the new model MegaZord, the MegaZord Delta, into reality.
Combined with the Delta, the ForkZord was giving the Go-Busters a hard time, and managed to make them waste all of the Enetron that was needed to keep Go-Buster Oh combined.
It is was shut down by a combo attack of SJ-05 and Go-Buster Beet, with GT-02 Gorilla landing the final attack by hitting the ForkZord with a barrage of its missiles.
