Inciserator appeared in season 3 of 1995 TV series called Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. He is a monster created by Lord Zedd, the Inciserator blasted at the rangers with his wand and was a distraction as Kimberly Ann Hart was kidnapped by Goldar. Lord Zedd later withdrew Inciserator after Goldar succeeded in his mission.
Inciserator later appears at Master Vile's End of the World Party.
